In a move that reflects its commitment to cooperation in the fields of education and scientific research, the Arab University for Science and Technology signed a cooperation agreement with the Istanbul-based Rushd Virtual University (Rushd Academy), whose founding president is Professor Mulham Al-Droubi, a Syrian national. The agreement aims to establish a framework for mutual cooperation that enhances innovation, learning, and knowledge exchange between the two institutions.
The areas of cooperation include several key areas, including the exchange of academic and administrative expertise and the development of a joint diploma in reconstruction.
In a statement, Dr. Adnan Younis, President of the Arab University for Science and Technology, said: "The signing of this agreement represents a step towards strengthening academic and research cooperation between leading educational institutions. We believe that international cooperation is the key to achieving academic excellence and developing capabilities."
For his part, Professor Mulham Al-Droubi, Founding President of Rushd Virtual University, expressed his happiness at signing this agreement, saying: " This partnership reflects our commitment to providing high-quality education and opening new horizons for students through the exchange of knowledge and expertise. We are excited to work with the Arab Private University to achieve our shared goals.
The signing of the agreement was attended by Dr. Mustafa Al-Masry, Vice President for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Majed Sharbak, Dr. Nabil Al-Qaseer, Dr. Qusay Al-Munjed, and Mr. Raslan Al-Barazi, members of the University Company's Board of Directors.
