Increasing Input Block and Encryption Efficiency by Mixing BBM & IDEA

Abstract:

We take an IDEA Algorithm and add to it some stages depend on BBM to get an Enhanced Algorithm, which had 3keys, 128-bit input block. To Plane text as input, as follow:

  • First stage we take the input 128-bit (divide it to 2blocks every one 64-bit) as input to Balanced Block Mixing (BBM) at out we find 2blocks every one 64-bit.
  • Next stage using threading 2IDEA’s Algorithms work at once to encrypt the 2blocks64-bit output of BBM
  • At the end stage BBM on 2IDEA's output and then we take cypher text.
