The purpose of this article is how to determine simultaneously the content of some Anti-Inflammatory (NSAIDS):, Ketoprofen, Flurbiprofen, Orphenadrine Citrate (Muscle relaxant( and Clopidogrel Bisulfate (Anti-thrombocytopenia( in pure and pharmaceutical formulations by Reverse Phase-High performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). Analysis was conducted on a C18- Column (octadecyl Silane), dimension is (250 x 4.6 mm) and used mobile phase consisting of (Triethylamine (1%): Methanol: Acetonitrile) with ratios (35: 20: 45) v/v% respectively and flow rate for mobile phase 2mL/min An ultraviolet detector was used at wavelength of 220 nm.
Results were linear in the range of (0.05-200.00) μg/mL for all compounds. The correlation coefficients were (0.9998, 0.9997, 0.9997, 0.9998) Orphenadrine Citrate, Ketoprofen, Flurbiprofen and Clopidogrel Bisulfate for respectively, and the limits of detection were (0.033, 0.047, 0.021, 0.033) μg/ mL1 so forth.
Characterized method applied good Precision, through RSD% less than 1% values, excellent accuracy, which manifested itself recovery % within the allowable area according to the (USP) values. This method can be used in analysis of quality control laboratories in pharmaceutical research and drug control.
