Abstract:

The research is a statistical study conducted by clinical examination of 130 patients and recording the results of the examination on forms designed to study the existence of a relationship between the number of decayed teeth and the age of patients, as it is useful in the possibility of preventing the formation of dental caries alif

Results:

The calculation of the correlation coefficient for each of (the number of necrotic teeth and the age of patients) showed an inverse relationship between them, i.e. the greater the age, the less the number of necrotic teeth decreased, and the degree of the relationship is very, very weak between the two variables, as the results of the correlation coefficient significance test proved that the calculated value > tabular value and the calculated value have a negative signal if there are significant differences, i.e. there is a relationship between the two variables (the age of patients and the number of caries teet)

Conclusion:

The existence of a relationship between the number of decayed teeth and the age of patients is a good indicator that the age factor has an impact on the number of necrotic teeth, although this effect is very simple and the relationship between them was inverse, which indicates the need to pay attention to dental health at an early age so that they remain healthy as long as possible.
