In a move aimed at strengthening communication between the university administration and its students, the Arab University for Science and Technology, in cooperation with the National Union of Syrian Students branch, organized an open meeting with first-year students in the College of Information Engineering.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Mustafa Al-Masry, Vice President of the University, who began the meeting with welcoming remarks and expressed his sincere wishes for success in their academic careers.
Dr. Mustafa pointed out the importance of focusing on developing students' practical and theoretical skills, emphasizing that the university strives to provide an integrated educational environment that is compatible with the requirements of the era and the changing needs of the labor market. He explained that the university is investing in a modern infrastructure and developing curricula, ensuring the provision of high-quality education that prepares students to meet technological and professional challenges.
The meeting also addressed The importance of engaging in student activities and participating in university events is an effective way to enhance students' social and communication skills. Dr. Al-Masry emphasized that the university supports all initiatives aimed at enabling students to continuously learn and develop their various skills, opening up broad horizons for success.
At the end of the meeting, the students expressed their thanks and gratitude to the university administration for its encouragement and support. They expressed their aspirations to achieve academic and professional accomplishments during their studies, appreciating the significant role the university plays in preparing them for a bright professional future.
