Discussions and judging of graduation projects for students of the College of Petroleum Industries Engineering were held on Saturday 6/22/2024 under the supervision of Dr. Adnan Younis, President of the University and Dr. Engineer Mustafa Al-Masry Vice President of the University, Dean of the College of Petroleum Industries Engineering, and the educational staff at the college. The students presented the results of their projects before the competent arbitration committees, and the scientific discussions were characterized by transparency and clarity by highlighting some observations that enhance the positive results of the projects.
In general, the projects had positive results that highlight the importance of the information that students received while studying scientific courses in the college and linking it to the applied field reality of the oil and gas industry in the Syrian fields, through topics with an applied aspect. Which demonstrated the close connection between the university and society, and topics related to the laboratory aspect during which the students used laboratory devices and equipment in the college to obtain results worthy of attention and application in the field reality. Some projects included designing devices of a creative and innovative nature that are important in the oil industry.
