Strategic planning

Where are we now?
Where do we want to be?
How do we get there?

- Strengths: are the internal capabilities that will help in meeting the demands and overcoming difficulties.
- Weaknesses: are the internal deficits that prevent the university from meeting its demands.
- Opportunities: which are external conditions or certain trends that facilitate reaching the goal.
- Threats: which are external conditions and trends that will affect the university’s efficiency.
