The E-learning appeared responsive to these needs in different countries of the world and what it is distinguished by its specifications facilitate the educational process in general, need to activate at different levels of study and development to reach the best condition and performance characteristic .
To do that, we adopted a set of tools launched by the surveillance system real-time and proved its effectiveness and impact to benefit from the development of the academic achievement of the students in the three cognitive levels of Bloom; remembering, understanding, and application, as well as practical skills for students of technical universities to follow our journey in technology racing and keep abreast of developments in the era of educational reform, where become many educational institutions strive to develop technology education.
