Abstract:
In this research, the effect of adding a natural additive to high-density polyethylene was studied in order to study the effect of this additive on the properties of the polymer and to obtain a new composite material with good properties. (Compression strength, tighter resistance, burning time test, in addition to water absorption test) was studied. The increase in the additive percentage, the higher the compressive strength and tensile strength value. The water absorption rate will not increase. As for the combustion time, the best time has been achieved at an additive ratio of 10%.
