Abstract:

The activity of Alkaline Phosphatase Enzyme is connected with its different shapes where it could be prepared adsorbent stratums of it- homogeneous like at the build and assemblage Tetramers, Dimers, Monomers.
Adsorbent Alkaline Phosphatase Enzyme found on the hard carriers (Silicagel ,silicagel unit with cholesterol ) in its different shapes whereas Activity of adsorbent stratums from the biggest Enzyme ,directly after adsorption process then this activity falls down during the time run.
The Enzyme activity is connected with the way the Enzyme units is placed and changed (mono,Dime,tetra)

Phosphatase Alkaline adsorption process has already been studied on the different hard carriers and the different factors effect and conditions to having adsorbent stratums continue for along period of time.
