Following up on the activities and events carried out by the College of Chemical Industries Engineering, the College, in cooperation with the National Union of Syrian Students - branch of the Arab Private University for Science and Technology, held a scientific visit to the General Company for Vegetable Drying, during which the students learned about production processes.< br />Engineer Hala Al-Jaratli, General Manager of the company, provided a comprehensive explanation of the manufacturing processes and products.
I extend my sincere thanks to Engineer Hala for the good reception and the explanation they provided to our students.

From the periodic meetings of the Council of the College of Chemical Industries Engineering, in which the following were invited:
1- Engineer Abdel Majeed Qalfa, General Manager of Hama Lubricants Company.
2- Engineer Noman Al-Asfar, General Manager of the Hama Wool Company.
3- Mr. Tayseer Al-Halabi, representative of the Hama Chamber of Industry.
4- Engineer Kazem Abdel Mawla, Technical Director at the Hama Oil Company.
The Council discussed the topics on the agenda, in addition to ways to enhance and develop cooperation with various industrial sectors through joint research, scientific visits, and practical student training in factories so that our graduate students can enter the labor market with high efficiency.

The College of Chemical Industries Engineering organized a student meeting To introduce the credit hour system applied in the college, where the importance of this system, its features, and its consideration of individual differences among students were emphasized, as well as the academic advising system and the role of the academic advisor who directs the student to the right path, continuous follow-up, and solution of all problems that arise. facing it.
The applicable examination system was also explained, in addition to guiding and educating students about academic warnings.

In continuation of the activities carried out by the College of Chemical Industries Engineering - Department of Chemical Engineering and its endeavor to link the theoretical part with reality Practical.
The college, in cooperation with the university branch of the National Union of Syrian Students - the administrative body, held a scientific visit to the Homs Sugar Company, through which the students learned about the production lines present in the company. The concerned people in the company gave a comprehensive explanation of the operations that take place in the departments and answered inquiries. Students.
The college administration extends its sincere thanks to the Company’s General Manager and the administrative staff for the facilities they provided for the completion of the scientific visit and the good reception.
