Graduation projects for students of the College of Chemical Industries Engineering were discussed during the period from 6/29 to 7/1 under the sponsorship of Dr. Adnan Younis, President of the Arab Private University for Science and Technology . The project titles were closely related to the various fields of chemical industry engineering, including some that dealt with some modern technological fields such as nanotechnology and composite materials, and some that had a role in the field of the environment and alleviating environmental pollution. Most of the projects included laboratory and experimental work, and some included the design of innovative devices. The Deanship of the College extends its thanks to the University Presidency and its administrations, the Student Union Branch, and the Media Office for the efforts made to present and discuss the projects.

Important announcement Regarding registration for the transportation service - Taibat Al-Imam (during the summer semester of 2023/2024) Registration for the transfer service is done through the student electronic portal only and any other registration method is not considered. The transfer fee is paid into the university’s approved accounts. The student subscribing to the service does not have the right to cancel the request to subscribe to the transportation service for any reason. The student adheres to the transportation and traffic plan established by those responsible for transportation at the university. The student receives a subscription card for the transportation service for the summer semester from the Information Systems Directorate at the university during the first week of the beginning of the semester, and it is presented when requested by the service supervisors. Note Registration for the transportation service begins from Sunday 6/30/2024 until Thursday 7/4/2024 - The transportation service for the summer semester 2023/2024 begins from Saturday 7/6/2024, i.e. the start date of study according to the university calendar. Any student who does not subscribe to the service during the above-mentioned period is not entitled to use transportation buses. Discussions and judging of graduation projects for students of the College of Petroleum Industries Engineering were held on Saturday 6/22/2024 under the supervision of Dr. Adnan Younis, President of the University and Dr. Engineer Mustafa Al-Masry Vice President of the University, Dean of the College of Petroleum Industries Engineering, and the educational staff at the college. The students presented the results of their projects before the competent arbitration committees, and the scientific discussions were characterized by transparency and clarity by highlighting some observations that enhance the positive results of the projects. In general, the projects had positive results that highlight the importance of the information that students received while studying scientific courses in the college and linking it to the applied field reality of the oil and gas industry in the Syrian fields, through topics with an applied aspect. Which demonstrated the close connection between the university and society, and topics related to the laboratory aspect during which the students used laboratory devices and equipment in the college to obtain results worthy of attention and application in the field reality. Some projects included designing devices of a creative and innovative nature that are important in the oil industry.
