Determinized simultaneously of Analgesics and some Anti-Inflammatory (NSAIDs): Diphenyl Diamine Methoxy HCl, Diclofenac Sodium, and Mefenamic Acid in pure and wastewater Pharmaceutical Industries by Reverse Phase-High performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). Analysis was conducted on a C18- Column (octadecyl Silane), dimension is (250 x 4.6 mm) and used mobile phase consisting of (Triethylamine (1%): ethanol: Acetonitrile) with ratios (35: 20: 45) v/v% respectively and flow rate for mobile phase 2 ml.min-1. An ultraviolet detector was used at wavelength of 220 nm.
Results were linear in the range of (0.0001-20.0000) μg\mL for Diphenhydramine HCl, (0.0005-25.0000) μg\mL for Diclofenac Sodium, and (0.0002-20.0000) μg\mL for Mefenamic Acid. The correlation coefficients were (0.9997, 0.9992, 0.9994) respectively, and the limits of detection were (0.0008,0.00018, 0.00022) μg\mL so forth.
Characterized method applied good Precision and accuracy. This method can be used in analysis of mini concentrations of pharmaceutical compounds in Pharmaceutical Industries and more productions like these compounds.
