Tectonic study of hydrocarbon indices regions at Lattakia area showed that it exist in tow different tectonic zones; the first zone characterizing by compressional structures and strong shear deformations in the SE Baer-Basit region. Second zone at the eastern limit of Lattakia Basin characterizing by extensional structures associated to normal faults. The migration of hydrocarbon materials in the first tectonic zone related to reservoir existing under ophiolitic complex in Baer-Bassit region or more faraway to the west. In the second tectonic zone, hydrocarbon materials used deep fracture and major normal faults net during their migration toward upper Cenomanian-Turonian stock rocks, from around source. The organic matter maturity conditions related to tow tectonic stages; ophiolitic obduction in Maastrichtian and thrust zone formation of Lattakia-Kellas fault in lower Miocene, and related to tow subsidence stages, witch resulted from the tow tectonic stages; in Maastritchian-Paleocene at Baer-Bassit region and in Miocene at Lattakia basin.
