The research focuses on studying D2D discovery and service discovery protocols, and comparing their performance with a view to achieving the best and most efficient location and service identification.
Where two existing protocols are selected: the proactive protocol and the Reactive protocol, detailing the implementation steps for each, and then comparing the performance based on the performance analysis based on the spatial distribution of the UE-Es to reach the optimal state that meets the requirements of service improvement in terms of shortening time in mobile System, the results are simulated using MATLAB , the study concludes that the Reactive protocol is preferable to the large number of D2D applications, and proactive protocol preference in the small number of D2D applications.
