Abstract:

In this research the soil was used as a natural additive for polystyrene foam to improve its efficiency as thermal insulation. Previous research was used through soil treatment before adding it. It was found that at 20% the coefficient of conductivity is low and then rises after this percentage Also water absorption increases steadily with the increase of abstract soil rate, but it within the allowable limit at rate 20%
