For the evaluation of binding and catalytic nature of N-heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs) and their complexes, New imidazolium salts (DII, DTI) and N-heterocyclic carbine complexes were designed (Ni-NHC), synthesized and structurally characterized by NMR (1H,13C), IR, and other methods. Where the studying showed that the ligands and their complexes have a biological effect against E.coli
