College Vision
The mission of the College of Pharmacy at the Arab Private University for Science and Technology lies in its ambition to achieve scientific and academic excellence for its graduates in all fields of pharmaceutical sciences. The vision of the College of Pharmacy includes being a distinguished college in making pharmacists an effective role in building a distinguished scientific society, to be able to secure all community pharmaceutical and health needs from drugs and pharmaceutical, medical and laboratory supplies.
College Message
Preparing leading pharmacists and qualifying them in pharmaceutical specialties and professions and building a generation of pharmacists qualified and able to carry out community pharmaceutical and medical care in the best way and in line with the changing societal needs and contributing to rehabilitation, training and continuing education courses in the field of pharmacy and its branches and this is achieved from building the personality of the student and expanding his mental and scientific knowledge and professional ethics by following the latest means of education and scientific research in pharmacy in all its fields and scientific cooperation between the college and various pharmacy colleges in Syrian, regional and international universities and all that to meet the requirements of the need.
The Faculty of Pharmacy at the Arab Private University for Science and Technology is committed to focusing on the following aspects and developing them among its students: professionalism - teamwork - honesty - responsibility - lifelong learning - justice and fairness - discipline.
College Objectives
- Preparing a new generation of pharmacists and qualifying them to work in the pharmacy profession and providing the necessary cadres to meet the needs of society in the field of service pharmacy and production pharmacy.
- Developing teaching methods according to interactive methods between the student and the professor so that this leads to the development of the student's skills through interaction with the professor and thus acquiring the foundations of scientific thinking and creativity.
- Work to introduce modern methods of managing pharmaceutical factories and managing pharmaceutical production lines in the educational curricula.
- Transferring knowledge from international educational means to the student through publications, translations and scientific references and providing them to the student.
- Activating and encouraging student activities and working to develop the personality of the student so that in the future he will be able to solve his issues and contribute to solving the issues of society and its development.
- Increasing cooperation with various pharmaceutical institutions in the Syrian Arab Republic and with various Arab and foreign colleges of pharmacy, holding scientific conferences and seminars, and participating in local and foreign scientific activities.
- Establishing postgraduate studies and contributing to the development of scientific research through research carried out by faculty members and students in order to keep pace with international pharmaceutical science.
- Providing training, studies and consultancy services to civil society organizations, especially medical, pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical factories.
- Continuous improvement of performance and application of quality assurance standards and international academic accreditation.
