Introductory meeting for the College of Information Engineering:
The Faculty of Informatics Engineering, in cooperation with the National Union of Syrian Students, established a branch of the Arab Private University
An introductory meeting was held for first and second year students at the College of Informatics Engineering, in the presence of:
*Dr. Marwan Al-Hajji, President of the University
* Dr. Maysaa Diab, Dean of the Faculty of Informatics Engineering.
*Our colleague Saif al-Din Muhammad al-Asaad, head of the branch of the National Union of Syrian Students at the university
* Dr. Yusser Al-Atassi, Deputy Dean of the College of Informatics Engineering.
The meeting welcomed the new students and the meeting focused on activating the role of academic guidance for the student.
The important points that the student must know to start a successful educational journey and take into account important points through the academic system to be a reference for the student to know the results and see the latest developments in his newspaper.
An explanation was also given in the meeting About the departments of information engineering and ways to develop the skills of talented people in them. The need to follow modern technologies and the latest developments in information specialization was emphasized. The programming competition was also introduced and students were motivated to participate effectively in it through a presentation made by the students Abdul Karim Harissa and Muhammad Saraqbi
At the end of the meeting, certificates of thanks and appreciation were distributed to the teams for participating in the programming competition and their coaches in the previous edition as follows:

At the end of the meeting, those concerned listened to the students’ interventions and inquiries and graciously answered them, clarified the ambiguous points, shed light on matters of concern to the student, and overcame the difficulties facing him. Everyone wished the students’ attendance a year full of distinction and excellence.
